At UNFI, our associates are going above and beyond to make a difference in our world. Angela Van Ness and Troy Long are some of our Better For All Difference Makers who led efforts to support the relief of those displaced by the Dixie and Caldor, CA wildfires this past year. Together, they coordinated with UNFI partners, suppliers and drivers to donate approximately 45 pallets of product to local stores and food banks. We sincerely thank Angela and Troy for the difference they made in their communities during a time of great need.

On this day, we remember the triumphs and challenges veterans and their families face every day. UNFI supports veterans through partnerships with veteran-owned suppliers, donations to nonprofits supporting veterans, and recruitment efforts, including our Veterans Initiative Program (VIP) Belonging and Innovation Group. We’re proud today to thank all UNFI’s servicemen and women, past and present, for their service, and share some of their thoughts with you.
