Cheers to Eli Armes, a Senior Technician from the Central Indiana District, who shone bright at the Global Locate Masters competition in New Orleans as part of the Global Excavation Safety Conference. Eli placed 3rd overall and was awarded $500 for his performance. Eli is a 2022 graduate of USIC’s Career and Technical Education program at the John H. Hinds Career Center in Elwood, IN.
