While on the way to lunch with co-workers she noticed someone performing CPR on the shoulder of a busy highway. Williams came to their aid and determined the victim was choking. She cleared the airway and by the time rescue crews arrived, the victim was sitting up and breathing. "It overjoys my heart to be in the right place at the right time,” Williams said.
