We continue to drive innovation in cancer research with AI. Together with Google Research, we’re excited to present an upcoming poster at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting. This research describes the prediction of estrogen receptor RNA expression in breast cancer directly from standard (H&E stained) pathology images (poster #5357). Since H&E staining is a fast and inexpensive component of the standard tissue preparation in pathology, this approach has the potential to make gene expression profiling easier and more accessible.
