Picture this: 52 extra days off each year β and it's not vacation time! We're addressing work-life balance with an innovative change for our Minnesota sales staff: the introduction of a 4-day work week! With this new schedule, our sales force can enjoy more consecutive days off while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Implemented in January 2024, the four-day rotating schedule prioritizes employee well-being while also enhancing the customer experience. By extending working hours and reducing split shifts, we can focus on delivering top-notch service without sacrificing personal time. We believe in listening to our employees, and this change is in response to feedback for a more flexible and predictable schedule. This move is in line with our commitment to exceptional benefits and creating a better employee experience. The elimination of split shift timing also ensures a smoother and more consistent customer experience, reinforcing our reputation for excellence in customer service. Learn more:
