Meet Lindsay Carter, a senior sales account executive focusing on integrating new companies onto the Yardi platform. Lindsay Carter will be celebrating five years at Yardi in May this year. Carter spends her days researching organizations not currently using Yardi with an endgame to understand their business better and how Yardi will align with them to achieve their business goals.
Asociatia Casuta Bucuriei, a non-governmental organization supported by Yardi Romania, was founded in 2015 in Cluj Napoca, Romania. Casuta Bucuriei is a housing organization that offers a home for ten children from the state protection system.They provide education, housing and a family life to help them grow into independent adults. Casuta Bucuriei plans to refresh the house interior this year since it was last painted almost ten years ago and will be investing in its courtyard.

Meet team member Reginald Singleton, an associate technical manager on the Breeze client success team in Atlanta, Georgia. Singleton will celebrate his second-year anniversary here at Yardi next month. He spends much of his time at work assisting clients in troubleshooting their issues with Breeze and Breeze Premier. He assists clients through a chat window, but some clients will call for help instead. He also helps his team when they are in need or have questions. Singleton is constantly introduced to new challenges and problems that he helps clients overcome.
Each year, Yardi distributes philanthropic aid to organizations selected by its employees near the company’s global offices. Today, we introduce Explore Ecology, founded in 1990 in Santa Barbara, California. Explore Ecology (EE) promotes leading environmental education and artistic expression. Through their programs, Explore Ecology reaches over 40,000 community members. From teaching students how to garden to organizing beach cleanups and creative reuse art workshops, Explore Ecology educators provide hands-on learning experiences that empower the community to protect and preserve the environment. Today, meet Mary LaForge, director of programming for Public Housing Authorities (PHA), out of the Santa Barbara office. Mary LaForge has been with Yardi for 21 years. She oversees a team that includes programmers, quality assurance (QA) specialists and technical writers. She also works with the PHA team in Pune, which again consists of programmers, client-services (CSD) support staff, software conversion experts and QA specialists.

Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado was founded in 1978 in Colorado Springs. Care and Share provides food to 291 partner pantries, shelters and schools throughout Southern Colorado, allowing these partners to stretch their dollars for their best work, such as job training, housing assistance, medical care and other critical services.

Today, meet Tamm Sharper, a Voyager Client Success residential TX 2 team consultant for special projects in the Dallas office. Meet Tamm Sharpe: Tamm Sharper has been working for Yardi since December 2014. Sharper works on projects from the Voyager Client Success and RentCafe Client Success Texas teams for existing clients. From complex and sometimes expedited implementations to At-risk client specialty projects, she has a variety of opportunities to build relationships with clients during their Yardi journey.
Yardi’s Advanced Solutions Conference kicked off Wednesday morning with over 4,000 clients – making it the largest YASC ever – in attendance at the San Diego Convention Center. “We have 4,000 of the best minds in real estate in San Diego this week,” observed Esther Bonardi, a vice president at Yardi, as a packed room eagerly anticipated remarks from Anant Yardi, the company’s founder and CEO; as well as executives Rob Teel, Akshai Rao and Kevin Yardi.
