evolvedMD is pleased to announce the launch of the Collaborative Care Leadership Development (CCLD) program for all Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs). This proprietary program provides the most comprehensive integrated care curriculum in the industry to give clinicians vital tools in the changing landscape of behavioral health care. “Our vision is to be the best developer of integrated clinicians in the country and with that vision comes the goal to retain our people and build a base of evolvedMD champions committed to our unique model and impact throughout their careers.” said Erik Osland, Co-CEO of evolvedMD. “This training program is one great step in ensuring our clinicians remain top of their industry while allowing us to provide the best services to our thousands of patients.” The CCLD program is a two-year program of monthly modules intended to be delivered in-person and virtually, providing BHMs with the skills, tools and experiences to be the best integrated care clinicians. Participants in the program will learn important skills related to trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, neurodivergent diseases, and more. BHMs will also develop business skills including project management, communication and entrepreneurship. In addition to the comprehensive training, evolvedMD clinicians will receive financial benefits for program participation, including a $5,000 base salary increase at the one-year mark and a $10,000 investment in education at the conclusion.

Anchored by our mission to reimagine behavioral health for all, we’ve made an exponential impact and wanted to reflect on some of our most impactful milestones. Launch — 2017 When Arizona ranked 50th in the country for access to mental healthcare, we launched our services to serve our community. Gaining Momentum in Arizona — 2019 With enthusiastic response to our innovative approach, we scaled quickly, partnering with more sites and developing programs. Growing Beyond Arizona — 2021 Our services expanded to Utah through partnerships with Granger and Ogden, including pediatric services. Market Leadership + Scale — 2022 Recognized by respected organizations such as Inc. 5000 and securing investments, we've continued to scale and grow our impact - increasing access to 730,000+ patients and serving 15,000+ to date.
