Health Insurance

The health insurance benefits are excellent except that the deductibles on most of the plans are rather high making it hard on the employee

Rates keep climbing but the HSA is great.

Premiums seemed high until I had to look for private insurance. The offerings included health, dental and vision. They had several plans to choose from and you could save more by selecting higher deductible plans and participating in healthy living programs.

Affordable, can go cheap for high deductible or pay a little more for very low deductible

Much higher premiums than I anticipated for a self-insured fortune 100 company.

No vendor every turned down the insurance provided by 3M. The insurance always paid promptly and almost in full most of the time.

nice offering of options and a fair cost. Never had any issues in my 20+ years there. Felt fortunate to have the benefits offered

The onsite medical clinic is very convenient. If you aren't on an HSA then you can even receive Physical Therapy and basic prescriptions at no cost.

Flexibility to choose from multiple health plan options, with many excellent options.

Choices are restricted. Reimbursement is mediocre.
