Below average if you compare to other major management consulting firms, such as McKinsey or BCG or even Deloitte. Compared to smaller business in the economy, it's large, of course. Again, Accenture has divested here, but mostly because the performance management system is broken. So, if that's broken there's going to be unreliable disbursements of performance bonus. I would know since I received a great performance review in 2016, yet was still only given an average performance bonus. The following year I had an average to good annual performance review, yet received the exact performance bonus amount as the previous year. So, you can see the disconnect. Other variables, they will mention, come into play to explain the difference. So, at Accenture it is not an "individual performance bonus" that you receive, but rather a "company performance bonus," which again detracts from any semblance of a meritocracy here.

People here don't work for bonuses, they work for promotions. The bonuses are very small so it's best just to keep working hard for a promotion
