Amazon has really awesome benefits

I do not believe they had disability insurance covered in the benefits package but i could be mistaken

Short-term disability is managed by an Amazon case manager. Once you transition to long-term disability your leave is managed by an Amazon case manager BUT your pay is managed by The Hartford Company. You are required to provide medical paperwork every 6 weeks for for each one of these entities at an out of pocket cost of $25. For each one. Why the forms are not shared documents is ridiculous! As well, BE AWARE once you transition to long-term disability you LOSE YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE! I am paying $671 a month for COBRA insurance coverage and am barely able to feed myself! I'm very frustrated with this part of my benefits package!

Only as required, nothing special

It is normal like other tech companies

do not receive any of these benefits package for part time employees do to the flexible nature of the schedule that you can pick from
