Could offer more for such a large company

really like any other organization- typical HMO, PPO, or HSA- NOthing spectacular- Still takes a chunk out of pay

It is similar to other companies.

Great program through Aetna. fair and easy access.

The best thing is that they give you money for expenses each year if you select a premium plan ($500/individuals $1000/families). The deductible however is high and the costs have to be paid out of pocket (doctor's visits, medicine, etc) until you meet it.

No HMO available; however, there is an upfront company contribution to the HSA account

It's a high-deductible plan, which I'm not a fan of. But you're insured from day 1, and they have a lot of health programs sponsored by the company.

What is so fair about the Health Insurance offered in the U.S. is that it does not matter where you live in the country as everyone as the same choices for Health Insurance.
