The best thing is that they give you money for expenses each year if you select a premium plan ($500/individuals $1000/families). The deductible however is high and the costs have to be paid out of pocket (doctor's visits, medicine, etc) until you meet it.

It's a high-deductible plan, which I'm not a fan of. But you're insured from day 1, and they have a lot of health programs sponsored by the company.
