Paid training is provided as well, which is a great thing because you could train as long as you like.

There is a lot to learn from the training, but as long as you keep an open mind and absorb as much of the information as you can, you'll succeed. Each trainer has their own style of teaching, so try to learn as much of their methods as you can to see what works for you and what doesn't.

Job Training Was Mandatory and UNPAID.
40 hours of coursework and study material that you had to pay for.
A test that you had to pay for and pass. (sometimes more than once if you didn't pass)
A license you had to pay for out of pocket.
And then training in the office took 5 days to memorize a script and take tests that were unpaid.
After that you went out into the field shadowing other salesmen and watched them in action which you were also not paid for. By the time you are able to make your first sale you could have gone 4-6 weeks without earning any money.

The corporate trainer was nice, but the training is to memorize scripts and then try to spit it word for word to unsuspecting "clients"
