Great Job Training. Once you pass the Insurance Test Online and get licensed which they use the best training website POSSIBLE, if you actually take your time and read the chapters there is no way you will fail the test. It was a lot of information but glad I had that website to teach me. Once you are licensed your training starts almost immediately. You will jump in to an almost everyday morning to afternoon training for 2 weeks. You will learn the hands on information and also get to see the rest of the Experienced/weathered Agents doing meetings, calls, ect. so you will have a good idea of what's expected of you. You will go out in the field and run Appointments once your assigned to a trainer. You will take little steps to being independent and on your own and in your own car. Then you will be released if you know your information and needed skills. So Now your RELEASED, .. you will still always have a great group of people to ask Questions and learn from. We all learn something new and together we all try to get better as a team.

The training consists of 3 four hour classes per week for a three week period. It covers the basics of sales operations and computer program training. Once the training is completed, no further pertinent training is provided. Most trainees told me personally that they were promised pay for their training, but no-one actually knew the amount of compensation. Once training is completed, new agents are disappointed to discover that they had been deceived, and that AIL provides no compensation for training whatsoever.

I have seen so much improvement on the training since I started. And if I ask for training, it is provided as many times as I need it.

Training can take longer than desired if you do not pass your insurance test in a timely manner because you have to wait for it to come in before you can start to get paid during field training.

Full training, not left in the dark as to what is expected or what kind of performance standards are required
