Did not feel fully prepared after being released to sell insurance on my own. The training was minimal and the responsibility to obtain your license was your own responsibility.

You memorize a script, then they go over their products. No real help in how to work with the clients, when I asked questions, most of the responses I got from trainers and supervisors were, "that's not a normal circumstance, you don't need to worry." My questions were absolutely relevant as I was asked them on several occasions within a couple of days apart from them, and continued to be asked, but I was unable to give them a proper response, only the phone number to our home office, which makes me believe they are hiding something.

With all large companies not every location is perfect, but they strive to have personal mentorship and development.

NO real training other than what you paid for taking the state exam. There are a lot of scripts to memorize, a lot of driving around but other than that it's learn as you go, and mostly from your peers.

There are times when training may get a bit tiresome but it is very detailed. We have recently changed the format to it keeps people engaged longer and gives maximum information in a short time

Well, I can't speak for the whole company but the Arias Agency has the best training ever and have received awards for their training.
