The training was very good, but completely unpaid. Hopefully your savings can last you a month.

You will spend weeks and hours in unpaid mandatory training.

Go through a workbook with you on basic sales techniques and their products.

Initial training not bad but field training was awful. I was trained by people who only had been there 3 months. The manager refused to let me go out with someone more experienced. I was not allowed by the trainer to do what I was supposed to during training. I was not coded work like I was supposed to be and therefore didn't make any money or receive my advance pay.

Weekly training and support from experienced agents is excellent.

training is constant, weekly, they expect you always to be there, no show is not acceptable. this is outside of your normal working hours so a lot of your time is in this company not much at home.

Good training, you know what you're doing when you get into the field, but maybe too hard to get through.
