Descent training though they made me drive an hour each day to take it. Of course with this lousy company, it is completely unpaid.

I was sent out with a manager who was often times late for appointments, and who didn't seem to really care whether or not I succeeded or failed. I was embarrassed whenever I would hear my manager say, "I'll meet you at the first clients house at 7AM," knowing that that actually meant, "I'll roll out of bed at 11AM, and make it to one of your afternoon appointments."
Like any good pyramid scheme, the managers will tell you that their success depends on your success.

The job training with AIL, is exceptional. If I am struggling or need help in any way the managers are here to help me. I can always go to my manager and ask for help and he/she will always sit down with me to help. It doesn't matter if it's 10 minutes or 10 hours. They are here to help make you successful.

Once I was hired I signed up for an online class which had chapters and quizzes to help prepare me for the state exam. Once the state exam was passed I immediately started office training. My supervisory manager was extremely helpful and took time to make sure I was trained properly.

Everything is psychological, everything is scripted, you were required to memorize and recite verbatim the 40 page scripted sales pitch.

The training is very good if you are interested in learning high pressure sales tactics.

3 week training, won't get paid until the third week so you may go months without pay.

Their training is fairly thorough. They do try to prepare you for how to sell in someone's home.
