50% contract plus a bonus structure weekly? How could it be better?!

In management you get override bonus, training bonuses, leadership bonus, reinstatement bonus, yearly bonus, world's great bonus, monthly renewal/residuals checks (after 8-12 months) personal production advances, recruiting bonus, recruiting overrides, and probably a few other bonuses that I might be missing

You had to make sales to get bonuses. You had to read multiple scripts that you knew contained false information and deceptive language to make sales. If you went off script you got in trouble, but if you read, or memorized it word for word then you were knowingly breaking the codes laid out in your state insurance license.

You can be assured they will find a way to disqualify you for any bonus you may be entitled to...

IF a sale stayed on you were given it. If someone cancels (even if it's because the company charges them TRIPLE what they should) you have to pay it back

Bonus checks are a plus in addition to your advance checks

There performance bonuses are very generous, but YOU will never hit them. These are often reserved for those who are given the healthiest packets of leads, which are the branch managers. American Income Life also does "fun" office contests in which they give away big screen tvs or vacation packages to the highest performers, but once again, those go to management. The "grunts" get the leads packets that have been picked over 5-6 times, and are told to do what they can with them. They will be sent into every trailer park and ghetto in DFW area to try to squeeze money out of people who don't have it.
