Performance Bonus

when I say performance bonus, I mean that as you right more business, your commission gets better. Great system.

Their entire pay is based on performance. If you can make a sale you get paid. If you don't sell, then you don't get paid.

The harder you work and the more people you can connect and help the more you will end up helping yourself. You really have no income limits here. It's not easy but you have bigger opportunities than you will find anywhere in your life. And you will only get better with time as your skills improve.

Performance bonuses are just another bait-and-switch tactic inherent to this company. Performance bonuses are based on weekly sales. When sales exceed bonus levels, policies are put into trial, have the wrong bank account information, get lost at home office, have application errors or omissions, etc. When and if you do get paid, it is spread out over several weeks, thus nullifying part or all weekly performance bonuses due to the agent.

You get what you earn. Bottom line. I love my job so it isn't real difficult for me.

Oh, there are performance bonuses. However, if a policy falls through, they try to collect it back from you. Apparently I have to pay you to work for you for four months.
