This a commission only role - so a "performance bonus" is your paycheck. How well you sell based of the poor leads they provide you is what you will see on your check.

The company calls it the Worlds Greatest Bonus! I love it because when you go produce just 4 policy in a week, which is simple to do if you follow the company script, then you get on a bonus level worth over $600 in that week. I have had bonus that is Over $2000 in just one week as well on top of my normal pay. I also love how the new agents have a $200 bonus every week for the first 90 days to make sure they are comfortable while training because it is a lot of hard work.

15% of your weekly annualized premiums, provided you met the very low graduated minimum threshold translated into an additional 20-30% above your commission.

You write the annual life insurance premium required and you get the bonus based on the tier of the annual premium. If you have chargebacks, you can also missed your bonus.
