AIL bonuses are very lucrative, this career is not easy for the first 1-2 years but definitely pays off.

You must reach an unattainable goal to make any money at all.

The bonuses were better in '13 and '14, they became worse in '15.

They really do have a great bonus structure. You get paid for what you do, so if you don't do anything you don't get paid! I like that about this company except you can't rely on steady base money every week. It's an adjustment but I like it.
