Job training corporate specific and required along with daily workload of ones position. Required multi-tasking to take advantage of this benefit. instructors are primarily concerned with appeasing their supervisors. Theories of education and training do not factor into topic presentation. Completing the course takes priority over ascertaining learning. This leads to supplemental remediation from management.
