Performance Bonus

The sales compensation is a little tricky to figure out but it's been better than most tech companies out there

Average between 10-15% depending on overall performance and cust satisfaction

They gave out big bonuses about 10%+ each year to even low level engineers.

Very competitive and is paid out monthly for sales teams

Extremely good bonuses for high performers, but not sure how long that will last. Cisco has been cutting them back slowly for several years.

Very politically assigned by managers. iF NOT IN GOOD GRACES OF YOUR MANAGER, YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE. Unfortunately, only higher job grades get sizable bonuses. Lower than grade 12 don't feel a huge difference unless an super-exceeding performance. This needs to be leveled across grades to help real performers.

Performance based bonus is limited by grade and at discretion of management

Overall the performance process was long and cumbersome and you usually got a bonus unless you had a really bad review.
