Health Insurance

No complaints. This was my first job in the industry so I have no basis for comparison. After being laid off, I was given the option of continuing my health coverage via COBRA but for a married couple this is about $1,000 per month....much too expensive when you're unemployed!

There is a good selection of options. HDHP, PPO, etc...

They changed to Cygna which is not always good, because your doctor is not always in the network. HMO plan is free which good. PPO is paid with a discount.

typical for oil industry, but "typical" is better than most other industries.

They pay for your frames I believe up to once a year-two years

Multiple plans available and HR does a great job helping you determine which plans is the best for you.

I do not like the high deductible and miss the old PPO...
