Any illness treatment you have to pay 100% from your own pocket, technically there is no copay because insurance doesn't pay for anything. The only scenario insurance pays is preventive care which covers vaccinations...thats it! After you meet your deductible then its 70%(payed by insurance)-30%(payed by you). Extremely bad health coverage! $6850 per person max deductible if you have a family ur screwed, you cant even afford health insurance here.

Same as most, which means some are better off with private, state, or federal insurance over the companies options. Only recently did they start covering mental health.

The cost to value was terrible. I believe I had an unusually high deductible and to cover my entire family was nearly more than I could afford.

Typical high deductible medical plan. The Employee plus Family deductible is $11,000. What working family can afford that?

The insurance itself is great, but the cost is extremely expensive. You would like it would be once a month that you would be charged but you are charged a fee for health insurance every single check.

The best thing is that it is deducted straight from the paycheck in a pre tax manner. The worst thing is that they ony offer two health insurance packages.

high deductible plan is the only option. it costs a lot everytime you have to go to the doctor, until you reach your deductible. no copays.
