Very High deductibles, no Mental Health coverage.

Terrible. $5,000 deductible, doesn't cover mental healthcare, limited doctor choices.

Package offer was good and reasonable

Very high employee cost,

High deductible but does provide a nice tax write off.

$2500 deductible, $5000 for family

Worst health insurance I've ever seen (and I worked at a benefits company previously). DISH is self-funded for health insurance so they do whatever they can to keep costs low. The plan complies with the ACA, but I'm not sure how because no part of the plan is "affordable" except for the monthly premiums which do NO good until you pay a $5k deductible.

Barely covers anything and extremley high co pays

The insurance is pretty nice, the co pays are a little higher but the deductible is not as bad so you get there quicker. Plus the premium went up this year and DISH absorbed the extra cost.
