You can work from home which is nice for flexibility. However, it also means that technically the work never ends. When you bring your office with you, there's no defined stopping point, which causes a lot of over-worked and over-stressed employees, especially during busy season.

There are a few positions/projects that might permit working from Home. Deloitte is actively promoting this concept with clients.

The company's policy is that as long as your manager is ok with it, you can work from anywhere. Certain projects, however, require you to be at the client's site.
