Ironically, Anthem's health insurance plan is very expensive. The plan has a high deductible, high out-of-pocket maximum and many exclusions.

They have several options of health and dental plans. They have vision, 401k Match, Tuition reimbursement (and in 2015 they offered to pay employees tuition at 100% in certain programs such as health, technical or business should an employee want to get a bachelor's degree or specialize in a certain area that helps you grow your career within the company.
