Yes it is cheap, but there is no PPO option. The options that have more choice (HSA) have high deductibles. If you want a reasonably priced plan that has "traditional" copayments, your only choice is an HMO, which is only available in select states.

I was on both the HRA plan which they give you a significant amount to auto pay claims like $700 or something. And I was also on the HMO plan which is amazing. Everything has a copay and if you have to go to the hospital they will cover 85% of the cost without a deductible. My spouse was very sick and we were expecting a lot in medical costs but have been surprised by how reasonably everything was covered.

Living in a big city, I have a lot of options in network. The plan makes going to the doctor very affordable. And medications are very affordable on the plan as well.
