Sick Leave

Average sick days but if you dont use them you lose them. I never took a sick day and you are not rewarded for not calling out sick the peanilize you but making you lose the days at the end of the year. No rollover on unused vacation or sick days. Use It Or Lose It.

Sick days are important and can be easily accrued

You get paid if you are sick, not much else to say.
