Introduced the Health Care account last year - providing the ability to contribute both pre and post tax into an account that I can use at anytime now or in the future...tax free. Allows me as a Health Care consumer to choose what type of care I want to pay for.

Good plan, but contributions outpacing inflation.

United Health Care. None of the MD's like it and some will not participate at all including my kids pediatrician.
