Preventative covered at 100%, but anything more than that is 90% covered. It is down 10% from previous years. This is for the Premier Plan.

Health insurance is very expensive compared to other local employers. The best option is from United Healthcare, which is a poor company from which to get insurance. If your partner is on your insurance, not only do you have to pay the additional premium for them, but there is an additional $150/month charge if your partner is eligible for insurance through their employer. I'm disappointed that a biotechnology company does not take care of its employees' health insurance better.

The cost is coming back to employees big time, very expensive now, which doesn't align since we are a health/science company. They are pushing employees to get lesser health coverage.
