The best thing is you get paid the same as if your working and the worst part is you got points if your sick or missed a day and as long as you stay below 5 points you wont get fired.

Doesn't exist, except for covid days. You didn't get paid for covid call offs unless you stated to your manager you wanted to use PTO. Then most managers found a way around restrictions to bring Covid positive people back to work sooner than they should since we didn't have the coverage. Or they would outright deny you, if you told them you had covid symptoms.
