Working 2 years, I have 80 hours accrued. May be different for new employees, doesn't start accruing until 6 months working there. Difficult to use as it seems as the current manager tries to circumvent employees who want to use it.

Sick days are used out of accrued p.t.of. or paid time off witch is 40 hours after 1 Yr and 80 hrs after 2 Years which increases at 5 years to 160 hrs I belive
