high priced premiums and pathetic coverage

The best thing is it is BCBS and the worst thin is the high deductible. They do have an FSA plan that help with meds.

great benefit and advantages in that company

Only HSA plans with high deductibles are offered, cost continually increases.

Rising prices from year to year, and less coverage as the price rises.

I have 5000$ deductable as an individual. other coworkers I know who are older have 10,000 deductible. That's before ANY insurance kicks in. As someone who is young and healthy, I might as well have no insurance. There is no domestic partner benefits any more either. So go get married. Most large companies have decent health benefits. Not this one. Ours went from being one of the best in Chicago, to one of the worst for a tech company.

The best thing is the health insurance.

Very affordable health plan. Never had a single problem with a clinic not accepting the insurance.
