Job Training

They go over it literally once super fast and then your just supposed to figure it out. They also don't give ANY customer service training yet expect you to answer Customer service calls and get screamed at for ten minutes.

umm, mostly done through many task/video based training materials online (have to use computer in office) their is shadowing, but not many days
