Job Training

It's all currently boring computer based policies and rules. Hands on training is not good as it could be. Newbies learn from mistakes and safety is not a huge priority as it should be.

It depends on who trains you.

Job training included shadowing along with actual hands on training, Friendly Manager and HR Staff to help you be prepared for the many obstacles to come.

The training process is quite ignorant. A new guy who was hired in the produce department last week is still working on his tree of a packet answering questions such as “How does on feed the human soul?”

the best is that you get paid for it, the worst is you will end up figuring out how to do most things rather than be taught by the person training you. the H.R. manager will go over the basic what Kroger is about, how they want you to be or appear, and will show you how things are. and then from there a person working in your department will show you how to do things.

again, depends on a person who trains you. they will show you once how to check things out and then you will strat doing it.

They are great at preparing you for your job, at least every thing you can prepare for.

Job training? You get hired do some stuff on the computer then tell you to go to work maybe that's why other grocery chains are moving in and taking over
