Great 401k options with matching dollar for dollar first 3 years. At 3 years company pays 6% if employee pays 5%. At 5 years company pays 9% if employee pays 7%.

Best: Once you've been with the company long enough, certain leave types are funded at 100%
Worst: Only 2 health insurance options, high deductible and higher deductible and only 80% coverage after deductible met. This is completely and totally unaffordable and because employees are eligible for coverage through work, cannot get better plans such as a PPO through HealthCare.gov
Vacation Time/PTO is pretty standard and scales depending on seniority. Many of the benefits are quite good as long as you've been with the company more than 5 years, otherwise it's all very standard.
Company provides 2 days of paid time off to engage in volunteer work in the community, which is an interesting benefit.

Only way to make it affordable is to pick the High Deductible plan. Doctors and Dentists are scarce and you will need to drive 30 min for someone close.

Basic package really with a few out of the ordinary benefits like flex time in summer and volunteer days. Limited tuition reimbursement and increased cost of healthcare. Neutral rating overall.

The worst thing is the career growth. It is very limited even if you are the best at your job they always pick someone who is their favorite.

Great vacation policy and W/L balance. Lots of health and financial options. Health getting very costly and move to all HSA not as appealing to all employees.
