All benefits are better than average but, only just for entry level employees. There were rumors of increased bonus percentage for upper level employees, though I have no proof. 401k contributions, generous PTO plan (single bucket of time for sick/vacation - NO ROLLOVER, use it or lose it), above average health benefits, inconsistent work from home policy (dictated by individual manager) verify before accepting employment

Great 401k match. The company matches 5% immediately. The match increases to 7% after 3 years and maxes out at 9% after 7 years (100% of first 5% contributed + 2% match for the next 2% that the employee contributes).
