401K is excellent. Medical coverage continues to degrade though. Recently all available plans have become "patient managed" and "high deductible"

You start out with a decent amount of paid time off.

Time off is not classified as sick leave or vacation time, or purchased vacation time, or personal days for exempt workers. Instead, it is called PTO - paid time off, and all leave is classified as a single type. This is much less cumbersome, and it makes it much easier to just take off instead of feeling like an explanation is needed in the event of sick leave. That the company offers purchased vacation time has been a plus for me.
