Somewhat high deductibles and the premiums run high for employees at this type of company. Many pepole at similar companies report much lower weekly/monthly premiums for which an employee is responsible.

Kaiser is good but new employees have to do LM Health and it's expensive. Believe you have to spend $2K before receiving benefits.

Can choose from most doctors in any area. Deductibles and copayments are fairly low and a medical spending account is provided to additionally help defray costs.

It's not a Lockheed Martin Health Plan, but a union one; they just have to pay for it and they didn't like the idea.
