Vacation & Paid Time Off

Flex time and paid time are good.

LMC gives 40 hours of sick/personal time on Jan 1st. Vacation time accrues at 10 hours per month at the beginning of each month giving a total of weeks of PTO per year. In addition there are 92 hours (12 days) of holidays. Some are scheduled, so depending on the number of scheduled holidays in a year, typically 7 or 8 the remaining days can be used as floating holidays. Sick/Personal days and floating Holidays expire at the end of the year, but accrued vacation hours can roll over up to 400 hours.

Decent amount for a limited PTO if you consider the off friday schedule. But still could use a little more

As an entry-level employee, the 15 accrued days of PTO/year (can bank up to 400 hrs/10 wks), floating holidays, paid holidays, and 40 hours of granted PTO/year add up to significantly more than the offers of many competitors.

Government contracted standard 2 to 5 weeks, depending on years of service.

Vacation time and paid time off was very reasonable.

4 weeks off, after 10 years you get more time off

Vacation and PTO are easy enough to take, but if you're union you get alot more time during the holidays.
