LMC gives 40 hours of sick/personal time on Jan 1st. Vacation time accrues at 10 hours per month at the beginning of each month giving a total of weeks of PTO per year. In addition there are 92 hours (12 days) of holidays. Some are scheduled, so depending on the number of scheduled holidays in a year, typically 7 or 8 the remaining days can be used as floating holidays.
Sick/Personal days and floating Holidays expire at the end of the year, but accrued vacation hours can roll over up to 400 hours.

Decent amount for a limited PTO if you consider the off friday schedule. But still could use a little more

As an entry-level employee, the 15 accrued days of PTO/year (can bank up to 400 hrs/10 wks), floating holidays, paid holidays, and 40 hours of granted PTO/year add up to significantly more than the offers of many competitors.

Vacation and PTO are easy enough to take, but if you're union you get alot more time during the holidays.
