PTO for vacation and FMLA is kept separate which is good

The vacation and time off are great. you receive 3 weeks and over time are able to get up to 5 weeks a year. You are also able to roll over time if you do not use it.

2 weeks accrued PTO, plus 1 week of non-accruing, which includes sick time. You can sell up to 2 weeks as well. Accrued PTO caps at 400 hours, but again, you can sell 80 hours a year.

As mentioned earlier, it was nice having every other Friday off from work and compensating by working 9 hour work days. Overall- not bad.

Accrued PTO, 10 hours per month + Holidays are paid time off. Makes for awesome flexibility if you want to accrue holiday hours for a longer holiday in the future or if you just want to take a day off every month.
