Vacation & Paid Time Off

10 hours accrued a month, rolls over up to a max of 400 hours. Paid major holidays off, week off around Christmas/New Year. 9/80 schedule

3 weeks PTO per year. 40hrs sick time.

Only 40 hours sick pay and no extra time. So, if you get the flu, don't get sick again if you want to be paid. Only 40 hours vacation time/year.

as a newer employee this is pretty good. coupled with the 9/80 schedule where you get every other Friday off

Good work/life balance. As of 2018: New Paid time off plan is disliked by most employees.

Depending on the program it can be 2-3 weeks, the bad part is it takes a VERY long time 10-15+ years before that increases and it only increased by a day or two at a time. Where other companies you might be at 4-6 weeks after 10-15-20 years, that won't happen at LM, and you can only bank a maximum of 400 hours of vacation., where other companies will let you bank 2-3 times that.

Very few holidays, but pretty good vacation time and carry-over policy
