Accrual is 10/hr a month. You also have 40 hours flex holiday each year and 40 hours of sick/personal time. Sick in personal time is not tracked or banked anywhere, and theoretically you should make it up? But it is purposefully left vague.

You accrue more vacation days as you gain seniority, which is nice. And there is no strict guidelines about when and where to take vacation so you have freedom on that.

The amount of vacation is nice but most people had to earn this amount of time -- now everyone gets it when they walk in through the door (3 weeks) and then it's 2 weeks of company holidays/personal time.
