Vacation & Paid Time Off

The vacation personal hours are likely just above average. However, the flexible work hours and ability to work remotely does make it very easy to make the most of the time.

PTO was only average compared to competitors.

Limited vacation....may be required to be on call 24/7/365. Engineering resources were limited so engineering was expected to cover multiple projects simultaneously.

You started out with a generous vacation.

There could be a little more vacation time offered, however the nice thing is you can accumulate your vacation days (rollover to next year).

I only have one word to describe thier vacation and paid time off policies at the company.....AWESOME. They restrict management to the point of issuing corporate policies that protect employee's so that they can have a pretty awesome work/life balance. Instead of asking for time off for vacation....I tell my manager when I'll be leaving.

9/80 work week means every other Friday off, 2 week plant wide shutdown during Christmas, vacation trime starts accumulating after 1 month of tenure

Start out with 3 full weeks along with about a week of floating holidays totaling 4 weeks of discretionary vacation on top of regular holidays.
