Flex time. Your work week starts on a Saturday and ends Friday. You get to decide which days or hours to work, as long as you get the 40 hours in and your manager signs off (assuming you attend all your meetings). You can 'flex' 10 hours, meaning you can work 30 hours one week, then work 50 the next. Or work 50 hours this week because you know you can only work 30 next week. If you don't use it you lose it. You accumulate a set amount of PTO hours per month, somewhere between 10 and 15. You can bank a maximum of around 100 to 200 hours. So yes, you can a whole month off and no extra paper work require.
