The choices were decent. The premiums were affordable for the entire family. BCBS, Aetna were the choices. Plans with easy reimbursements and no referrals as well. Vision coverage was acceptable. Dental coverage was reasonable.

For a pharma company I really expected the best insurance. It was top notch 3 years ago and now it is very frustrating. The cost to employee is reasonable but if you aren't a heavy user of health care, expect to pay most of your doctor bills yourself.

Monthly premium is low but deductible is $3500/yr and then coverage is only 80/20. I am contract and had wanted to become an employee but cannot afford this. My contracting firm offers better coverage than this!
