The employee's cost has steadily risen to make this disappointingly expensive. Merck offers a $10/month discount if you share your medical information with a 3rd party which will then try to get you to lose weight, stop smoking, etc. Merck's hands are tied by laws and regulations but they are headed in the wrong direction.
