The plan covers a lot, but the out-of -pocket costs are rising steadily every year.

Merck's health insurance is very reasonable price-wise. Twenty years ago, it was much cheaper, but the cost of everything has gone up since then.

It's decent but has gone downhill over the last several years as the company had cut back while asking for more $$ from the employees to cover costs

Premium keeps increasing, and have to pay more out of pocket than we used to. HMOs not offered anymore.

No longer offers HMO option. Only PPO options are available with the best coverage being an 80/20. As a parent with small children, this can rack up substantial costs. Maternity care alone from childbirth cost thousands out of pocket.
