The Health Insurance has changed recently, however it is still very good. No co-pay for preventative dental (i.e. twice yearly checkup). Each year $200 to new glasses (better than nothing).
A couple of years ago I had a bulging disk in my back. I had MRIs, X-rays, physical therapy twice a week for a month (no need for surgery). All told I paid about $1000 for everything, Microsoft insurance picked up the remainder.
